 How is ERPure.AI priced?

Pricing structure for the product and the tokens

ERPure.AI pricing has 3 components:

  1. Per-agent, per-user, per-month fee: separate pricing for the Conversational AI agent and the Document Intelligence agent.
  2. Platform Base fee per Company per Month, a monthly platform fee covers compute infrastructure
  3. Token packs: you purchase a token pack (Starter, Pro, Max, or Enterprise) covering a set number of AI tokens per month, shared across all users.

        Token usage is fully visible in the ERPure.AI admin console — consumption by user, by agent type, and by period, at any time. Your business controls the token usage.

        For new partners, ERPure.AI offers a pilot program with bundled pricing for the first two or three customer implementations per Partner, designed to let partners get familiar with the product before committing to standard pricing.

        Detailed pricing will be discussed during your discovery meeting with us. 

        Contract terms:

        No long-term contracts. If you want to stop using ERPure.AI, 30 days notice is all that is required. ERPure.AI is self-funded and built for the long term — no lock-in.
