How do user privileges work in SAP Business One Cloud
In SAP Business One Cloud, user and license management is centralised and managed by the cloud operator through the Cloud Control Center. The superuser status is therefore no longer available for resellers or customers inside SAP Business One, and the power user status has been introduced instead.

Power users have the same authorizations as superusers, except that they cannot:
- manage licenses
- create new users in the SAP Business One client
- install add-ons
In a cloud environment, superuser permissions can be assigned only to Cloud Operators.
For troubleshooting, partners can use the Partner Support User (PSU). This is an SAP Business One user account that the application creates automatically during installation, and it allows the partner to access your SAP Business One for a limited amount of time. A PSU connection is opened from the Cloud Control Center by a cloud operator. Support users cannot be added or assigned to tenants, and the support user session was extended to 4 hours.
