Can ERPure.AI be connected to a test or copy of our database instead of live production data?

Yes, and this is the recommended approach for initial onboarding. ERPure.AI is first connected to a copy of the live database, allowing users to explore the full functionality, ask real questions against real data, and become comfortable with the system without any risk of affecting production.
Once users are confident and all configuration is finalized, ERPure.AI can be pointed at the live production database. The two databases can also run in parallel, with users able to switch between them from the ERPure.AI interface.
Note: A copied database reflects a snapshot of production data at the time of the copy. Results will be accurate as of that date but will not reflect changes made in the live system after the snapshot was taken.
